He Akina manages the registrations and owner contact details for Opepe Farm Trust, Tauhara Moana Trust, Tauhara Mountain Trust, Tauhara Middle 15 Trust, Waitetoko Point Trust, and Kaimanawa 3B2A & 3B2B Trust. new registrations
For new registrations you will need to complete a He Akina registration form and submit it with documents from Māori Land Online which identify you as a shareholder in one of the trusts we manage.
HOW TO REGISTER:
Go to Maori Land Online website and click on 'Owners Interest' tab (at the top of the page)
Search your name / whānau trust and print proof of ownership / succession (note: the name on the registration must match the name listed as owner in the Māori Land Court. If they do not, you will need to apply for a name change with the Māori Land Court before you can register).
Contact He Akina to see what additional information you may need to supply, and to receive a registration form.
change of details
If you are already registered in our database and need to update your contact details, please fill in the form below and send back to He Akina. For change in bank details, you will need to contact He Akina for the form and provide a verified bank account number.
te pae o waimihia registrations or change of details
Te Pae o Waimihia is a Post-Settlement Trust comprising of six Ngāti Tūwharetoa hapū - Ngāti Rauhoto, Ngāti Tutemohuta, Ngāti Hinerau, Ngāti Tutetawha, Ngāti Te Urunga, and Ngāti Hineure.
To register on the Te Pae o Waimihia database, you must whakapapa back to one of the Te Pae o Waimihia hapū. There is a verification process which can take up to a month. To register, please go to the online member portal!
