The finance team is led by the General Manager, to provide our trusts with sound advice and assurance. Our finance professionals work alongside trustees and trust employees to ensure funds are managed correctly, IRD returns are processed and the account reporting is up-to-date.

The He Akina administration team provide a wide range of services including meeting coordination, event planning, and minute-taking. Our highly skilled team work closely with trustees to ensure schedules are up-to-date, business documentation is managed efficiently and board packs are released within the required time-frames.
Owner services include shareholder database management, registrations and distributions. This area of our business works alongside trustees and shareholders to manage shareholder details, provide owner support, and to process & pay grants and distributions.
